[Function]
  This program is a TSR to make a zoom-in on the screen under
  DOS/C (Japanese DOS for CGA graphics).  In normal DOS, other
  than DOS/C, it works if the Video Mode is set to 6.

[Usage]
  Entering "ZOOMC" on DOS prompt will toggle the program to stay
  in, or to be removed from, the memory.

  Press Ctrl + Alt + Z to invoke it,  Arrow keys to scroll,
  Shift+Arrow keys to jump, and ESC to end.

  Zoomc uses one page of EMS, if available.  If EMS is not
  available, it uses the conventional memory, making the
  consumed memory size larger.

[Remarks]
  I have heard about a free software called ZOOM for PC98
  and tried to imitate its supposed function.  I will apologize
  if I imitated badly.

  I tested the program on my HP 200LX in US-English mode.  It
  works fine, when I changed the video mode to 6 by entering:
      gm 6
  What I used here is a tiny (73 bytes) program GM.COM, a
  utility created by Brian D Steel, bundled in the archive
  PCX_VIEW.ZIP.  I have included GM.COM in this package for
  your convenience. See below for the copyright notice for this
  program.

  Video Mode 6 is CGA graphics mode, 640 x 200 pixels,
  monochrome (1bit per pixel).
